Replacement & Refund Policies

All physical products sold on www.fyne.in (except electronic items) are covered under our Warranty Policy & will be replaced accordingly.

 

Fyne.in shall endeavor to facilitate timely delivery of Products and materials as per a Customer’s order details, indicated dispatch times and terms and conditions of the

supply of the Products stated by a Fyne/Supplier. If a Customer is not satisfied with a purchase, we are here to help.

 

(I) RETURNS:

Returns of Products are accepted from Customers,

               - If the Products delivered are incorrect.

               - If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with,do not accept it.Contact FYNE.in Customer Care on +91-99-0085-1111,

                 and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

               - If it is found that received Products are defective or malfunctioning.

 

Subject to the above, when a Customer has requested for a replacement of Product(s) and the fyne/supplier does not have a replacement the Product(s),

in such cases the Fyne/Supplier can agree to a refund to the Customer and the Customer shall be obligated to accept the refund in place of a replacement.

 

 

 

REPLACEMENT:

              - Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with Manufacturer.

              - Replacement is offered for the products sold at www.fyne.in only.

              - All products should be checked thoroughly during delivery for any incidental damages. No claim, except manufacturing defect,

                will be entertained once the product is delivered & money received.

              - Replacement of products due to size or color misfit will be only considered if the vendor agrees to exchange the same. Incase of  

                acceptance by Vendor, Shipping charges and Replacement charges shall be borne by the customer and there shall be No Refund 

                of Excess Amount and the customer can purchase any product on Fyne for the Refundable Value

 

 In order to get a defective item replaced

 

              - Contact Customer Care via email support{AT}fyne.in/tech{AT}fyne.in or call us on +91-99-0085-1111, within 3 days from the date of delivery.

                   - The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped only after verification & approval by Manufacturer’s service

                       engineer/regional customer care head of engineer/regional customer care head of The manufacturer who will contact you within 48 hrs.

 

 

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement

            - Return request beyond 48 hours of Delivery

            - Damages due to misuse of product

            - Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

            - Products with tampered or missing parts & packaging

            - Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

            - Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including the box, Senzible Marketing Pvt Ltd packaging

              if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

Cancellations are accepted under following circumstances

            - Ordered Products are NOT in transit / orders have NOT yet been processed by the Fyne/Supplier.

            - Ordered Products are NOT customized to suit a Customer. 

            - A shipment, once arrived at a Customer’s doorstep, cannot be cancelled for any reason other than mentioned in the return policy above.

 

 

 Partial Cancellations / Modifications:

 

In case a Customer wants to partially cancel some Products from the order placed, the same needs to be notified to the customer care of

fyne.in immediately and a new order will be generated for the modified quantities.

 

NOTE:

 

            - Cancellation/Modification of product requests should be Initiated before the item dispatch.

            - All orders are subject to acceptance by the Fyne/Supplier

 

REFUND:

 

If the item is not available from Fyne.in/Supplier, the complete amount will be refunded else gateway charges(2%) will be deducted from the total amount.

(II) NO RETURNS:

 

      Categories: Sanitaryware,Walls & Floorings,Showers & Wellness,Kitchen,Decor and other fragile items

 

             - For products like sanitaryware, kitchenware, mirrors,microwavables,barbeques,water Heaters, shower cubicles,

               steam rooms,bath tubs, tiles & other fragile products.
